Assisting Army National Guard Facilities Management Offices with automation is our forte. Clint Celio has spent a total of 10 years in service to the Guard, first as an enlisted member then as a contractor. For the past three years, Mr. Celio has assisted numerous states in using Geographic Information System and database technology in the automation of Facilities data and business processes.
